Drink water! Your body is dehydrated which makes hangover effects worse. As your blood alcohol level gets lower and lower you get hungover which kind of is a form of withdrawal. In the morning I always have a drink with alcohol in it and then I drink water for the rest of the day :P
I’ve been drinking water alllll day and it definitely made me feel better. But if I even though about alcohol, never mind drank it this morning I would have barfed my face off!
